Establishing the Believer through Men's Small Groups

The discipleship process works best with a small group of men (see The Benefits of Small Groups for Men).

It’s essential to have effective small-group leaders who are qualified to teach others (see 2 Timothy 2:2) before you start this small-group establishment process within your ministry. See the Equipping section of this website for more information.

Within Top Gun Ministries, programs such as the nine-month Basic Training curriculum are highly recommended to equip men for small group leadership.

After leaders are trained, we have excellent resources that will help you with starting and sustaining small groups for your men, beginning with eight-week studies and moving to more comprehensive programs.

We are now in the process of building the disciple into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and other Christian men. Next up: Developing the leader, and equipping the worker.
