This is the phase of ministry development where you’ve raised up workers for the harvest field. You’re ready to empower them to lead certain aspects of the ministry. At this point, each man comes face to face with Christ's calling for his life and his involvement in ministry.

By developing and empowering leaders, you establish a legacy of ministry that will survive your departure. These leaders will understand the priorities and philosophy of ministry as taught by Jesus.

Top Gun Ministries has developed a 34-week curriculum for men in this phase of your men's ministry. It’s Discipleship Training – essentially the “graduate school” (Level 2) of what your men experienced in Basic Training.
