 At Elmbrook Church, Basic Training is a prerequisite to Discipleship Training. We also require that all graduates of Discipleship Training commit to serving somewhere in the church and we recommend that they continue in a small group with accountability.
Goals
The primary goal is to develop leaders who will carry on the ministry after you are no longer involved. It helps to understand the distinction between a worker and a leader:
