You start by assessing where your men's strengths and weaknesses are in terms of activity and depth. Go to the Starting A Men's Ministry page. Note the Blue Arrow graphic at the top of the page (Evangelism, Establishing, Equipping, Empowering): each one of these pages has a "Developing Ministries Look Like This" label on the left sidebar. Read these characteristics and see which most closely matches your ministry, then start from there.

How is help provided through Top Gun?
We are available via toll-free phone from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CT most business days to assist you. You may also send questions via e-mail. We provide Regional Workshops for training, and maintain an active Speakers List of men that are willing to come and assist your churches.
What is Top Gun?
Top Gun Men's Ministries is a development and resource ministry that partners with and assists churches in developing effective and real men’s ministries that bring glory to God. Top Gun began in 1992 and is based in the Milwaukee area, but assistance is provided to churches of many denominations all across the country.
What is Top Gun's relationship with Elmbrook Church?
Top Gun Men's Ministries is housed in Elmbrook Church, a non-denominational evangelical Bible-based church located in Brookfield, Wisconsin (Elmbrook Church: click here). Steve Sonderman, Founder and Director of TGMM, has been the Associate Pastor of Men's Ministries at Elmbrook since 1992.
