Ordering Policies and Procedures

Ordering
Ordering of products can be done by phone, mail, fax, or online. Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Most orders will be shipped within two to three days. If an order is to be billed to the church or requires expedited shipping, you must call or fax your order.

Returns
An item may be returned to Top Gun Ministries if the item is defective and a replacement is desired, or the item is not defective and the customer wishes simply to return it for a refund.

For Defective Items
The customer is responsible for contacting Top Gun Ministries by phone or email and specifically describing the defect of the item.

1. A copy of the receipt is not required but helpful if available.
2. The defective item is to be shipped back to Top Gun Ministries via UPS or U.S. Postal Service at the customer's expense.
3. The customer receives full reimbursement for the shipping cost of the returned defective item in one of two ways:
• If the customer originally paid for the item with a credit card, that credit card will be credited the shipping amount.
• If the customer originally paid for the item with a personal check, money order, or cash, they will be reimbursed with a check from Top Gun Ministries.
4. A replacement item is then shipped back to the customer with the credit (from the defective return shipping) at no additional charge.
For Non-Defective Returns

A non-defective item may be returned to Top Gun Ministries with the following conditions:
1. The customer must contact Top Gun Ministries by phone or email to request the return reimbursement.
2. A copy of the receipt is required for any non-defective return and must be included with the item when returned.
3. A non-defective item must be returned within 45 days of purchase. A restocking fee of $1.00 per item will be assessed.
4. The customer receives full reimbursement for the returned item excluding shipping cost once the item is received at the Top Gun Ministries in one of two ways:

• If the customer originally paid for the item with a credit card, that credit card will be credited the entire amount less restocking fee and a receipt will be mailed to the customer.
• If the customer originally paid for the item with a personal check, money order, or cash, they will be reimbursed with a check from Top Gun Ministries for the entire amount less the restocking fee. This check will be mailed to the customer.

Privacy Policy
At Top Gun Ministries, we realize that our customers are concerned about their personal privacy. Will my address be rented out? Will my e-mail be given to spammers? The following paragraphs address these and most other issues regarding our Privacy Policy. However, if you do have a question that is not dealt with on this page, please feel free to e-mail, write, or call us and we will be happy to assist you in finding the information you need.

Cookies and Browsing
When you visit Top Gun Ministries, our Web server will not use cookies. We do collect the domain name of each visitor, and the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. We keep track of which of our Web pages consumers access or visit while on our site, and then use that information for internal review to improve the content of the site and therefore improve the individual customer's experience. This information is collected for internal purposes only and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Ordering Online
Our secure server uses top encryption for your safety and convenience. Using the secure server, you can rest assured that your ordering information, including credit card number and expiration date, will remain encrypted. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Shipping cost may vary due to makeup and packing of orders.

Your Personal Information
We do not make the mailing addresses of those who place orders with us available to other organizations. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online. For this reason, it is very important that you provide us with your correct phone number and e-mail address. We will not sell or rent your phone number or e-mail address to anyone outside our organization for commercial purposes.

If you supply us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on upcoming events.
