Additionally, he has led retreats and served as a speaker at Top Gun conferences around the country. He has seen the impact the program has on men, and is glad to be part of the Top Gun team. Bob is married and has three married daughters.

David serves as Associate Pastor of Assimilation and Media Ministries at Elmbrook Church. A graduate of Bethel College and Seminary, David's experience also includes junior-high ministry and serving as a senior pastor of a church in Michigan. He was born in Liverpool, England and came to the U.S. at the age of 11. Dave and his wife, Rhea, have seven children, a few players short of a full soccer team!

Doug came to Elmbrook Church in 1987 as Pastor of Fine Arts. In 1998, he transitioned into the Pastoral Care Ministry and he now pays regular visits to hospitals, nursing homes, homes, and hospices to read Scripture with, pray for, and encourage people. Doug is a graduate of Wheaton College, Columbia University and Washington University. He served in the U.S. Army Band at West Point, directed music at Grace Chapel, and was Professor of Music at Greenville and Barrington Colleges. He and his wife Carolyn have two children and four grandchildren.
